Being an alumnus of JSPM'S JSCOPR has been a great experience for me. College days truly shape you and teach you lessons that help you in your career. My college gave me the opportunity to develop holistically and not just in academics. Along with Pharma knowledge activities such as team building, sportsmen spirit and due diligence have been embedded in my nature. This college was allocated to me through CAP round. I was sceptical of getting myself enrolled into college , as it was a very new college then. Also, on personal front, it was a big change for me as I had to change my city also. In my opinion, teachers are the most important part of our college life. Teachers can create interest and hunger for knowledge. This sentence holds true for me for my graduate professors. I admire their teaching skills, expertise in their own domain, their patience with students and their own curiosity to keep themselves updated with knowledge.

It was a great time at JSCOPR. I spent 6 years in the college. JSCOPR has got excellent infrastructure facility and faculty with good networking with the industry and academic institutes of reputation . The ambience of the college always encouraged me to explore my potential and enhance my capabilities. I learnt a lot during my dissertation , be it the literature survey or the hands on training for animal studies. It was a great learning experience supported with well-equipped library, internet facility and opportunity to interact with the experts in the industry/ The guest lectures and training programme organised by college are really a boon to all the students.Apart from academics, we were offered various opportunities to enjoy our college life and that has remained a great attraction. The memories of my college days have made a permanent mark on my personal as well as professional life.

I pursued Bachelors as well as Masters degree in Pharmacy in this college. It is one of the best colleges with a big campus and good infrastructure, library and amenities. This college assures proper counselling for making right career choices. I enjoyed a healthy academic environment and the detailed grooming by PG teachers for undertaking research activities. The teachers do spend a lot of time and efforts for making useful teaching and learning materials. Lectures and lab courses are conducted regularly. Moreover, each of the teachers makes good use of MOODLE as LMS and uploads all the notes, references and assignments available from time to time.They are more like mentors who care for us in many ways and beyond the class room training.

For me, student-life at JSPM'S Jayawantrao Sawant College of Pharmacy and Research, Hadapsar, has been very enriching. The college environment not only helped me acquiring knowledge but also helped exploring my strengths . It added self confidence to my other-wise shy personality and gave me opportunities to interact with professionals during my post graduate dissertation. The college has been maintaining good student strength . The student are posting consistently good academic performance and many have been taking up higher studies at prestigious educational institutions in India as well as abroad. Learning at this college was always a joyful activity. I am grateful to the visionary management and all the faculty members who were truly mentors. They have played a very crucial role in shaping my professional life and I am proud to state that it was right decision to select JSCOPR .

I feel very proud to be an alumnus of JSCOPR. My professional journeyso far has been very challenging yet rewarding. At the beginning it was very tough but I could progress due to strong support and care from teaching staff during both my undergraduate and post graduate studies. I appreciate the team of self motivated and knowledgeable , research oriented teachers who guided my dissertation. Today, I am working with Cipla Limited, Patalganga as a Senior Executive after having served Glenamrk Pharmaceutical Limited, Goa ,Lupin Limited, Nagpur for about 4 years in Quality Assurance department. I owe a lot today to my college and I am thankful to all for the same.

JSCOPR is one of the best progressive colleges with impressive infrastructure in the eastern part of Pune city. The college has good connectivity, transport facilities and hostel accommodation. The training placement cell under the able guidance has invested a good amount of time as well as efforts for placements of the BPH students in IT as well as Non-IT jobs. The campus life is conducive for curricular and co-curricular activities and comfortable. Qualified and experienced staff with mentoring skills was helpful for me to complete the course successfully.

I personally think this college has been evolving every year with good and transparent governance and academic culture. The college insists on inclusiveness and participatory learning with a conductive environment for preparation of competitive exams and undertaking research activities supported by the spacious well planned laboratories.
